  1. Artwork Sales: All sales of artwork are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on artwork purchases. We encourage you to carefully consider your decision before making a purchase.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Items such as jewellery, furniture, ceramics, and design objects cannot be returned due to change-of-mind. Please choose these items carefully.

  3. Damaged or Faulty Items: In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at Contact@yallingupgalleries.com with accompanying images. We are dedicated to resolving any issues promptly and finding a suitable solution for you.

  4. Gift Exchanges: If you have received a gift and would like to inquire about exchanging it, please get in touch with us. We will assess the possibility of facilitating an exchange for you.

  5. Exclusions: Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
