Cellar Door
Vallée du Venom, the innovative Urban Micro Winery founded by Rhys and Emma Parker, is excited to announce the opening of its new Cellar Door at the iconic Yallingup Galleries on Caves Road. The Cellar Door will welcome visitors every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Vallée du Venom specializes in producing small-batch, terroir-driven wines with a focus on minimal intervention winemaking techniques, ensuring each bottle reflects the unique characteristics of the vineyard and the annual harvest.
Rhys and Emma’s journey to establish Vallée du Venom was a bold one. Starting with a bare concrete warehouse in Dunsborough, they transformed the space into a fully operational winery, driven by their vision and commitment to quality. Their determination to maintain complete control over the winemaking process allows them to create small batch, carefully created wines that reflect their passion and respect for the land.
"By practicing minimal intervention, we aim to preserve the integrity of the grapes and showcase the true essence of our terroir” – said Rhys Parker “Our new Cellar Door is a wonderful opportunity for us to share this philosophy with visitors and wine enthusiasts in a beautiful bush setting, right next to the best art gallery in the southwest.”
The new Cellar Door at Yallingup Galleries offers an immersive tasting experience where guests can sample Vallée du Venom's distinctive wines and chat directly with the winemaker.
The partnership with Yallingup Galleries not only enhances the wine-tasting experience but also celebrates the synergy between art and wine, creating a unique cultural destination for visitors.
