Marcia Hadlow is a Western Australian artist born in 1959. She has lived and travelled both overseas and interstate and now resides and paints in and around Fremantle, often to be seen around the port city with sketch book in hand.   She is a graduate of the Claremont School of Art, where she studied in the early 90s.

Marcia is primarily a colourist who has a painterly approach, whether working with oil paint, or sewing and stitching textiles.  Colour is an intrinsic part of her life and has been since an early age. Marcia works in bold, colourist tradition in a wide range of subject matter, including seascapes, landscapes, still life and portraiture.
